Terms and Conditions for White Janitorial LLC

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by White Janitorial LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By hiring us for janitorial services, submitting a service request, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

 

1. Services

We provide commercial and residential janitorial services including, but not limited to:

  • Office and facility cleaning

  • Window washing

  • Carpet cleaning

  • Floor refinishing

  • Pressure washing

  • Vehicle detailing

Service availability is subject to scheduling, location, and scope of work.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All pricing is based on the size and condition of the property or vehicle and the type of service requested.

  • Estimates are free and provided after an inspection or consultation.

  • Final pricing may vary based on unforeseen conditions or added services.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with notice and explanation to the client.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Services may be scheduled on a daily, weekly, monthly, or one-time basis.

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, check, or electronic transfer.

  • Late payments may incur a late fee and may result in suspension of future services.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate access to the property and ensure safety conditions for our staff.

  • Notify us of any special requirements, restricted areas, or potential hazards.

  • Remove fragile or valuable items prior to service if necessary.

6. Liability

  • We take great care to protect your property, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues beyond our control.

  • In the rare event of damage caused by our staff, we will assess and, if necessary, take appropriate corrective action.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters. If you are unsatisfied with any part of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion, and we will do our best to correct the issue at no additional cost.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on our website are the property of White Janitorial LLC and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy (linked separately) explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Butte County, California.
